12/08 Diagnosed with severe MFI (count 1million, motility 4%, morph 1%) after TTC almost 2 years

04/09 Husband loses weight, repeat SA. Upgraded from severe MFI to MFI (count 33 million, motilit 56%, morph normal)

04/09-10/09 Try naturally per RE. Think we will get pregnant our own.

10/12/09 IUI #1 completed. 150mg Clomid, 150 units Menopur, HCG trigger on CD11, IUI w/ 28 million sperm on CD13. Found out at IUI #1 that count is up to 62 million and motility and morphology are normal. Woot!

10/26/09 BFP!

10/26/09 Beta #1 at 14dpIUI=19

10/28/09 (my birthday) Beta #2 at 16dpIUI=37! It doubled!!!

11/2/09 Spotting begins. Beta #3 at 21dpIUI=45. Miscarriage on the way

11/4/09 Bleeding. Beta #4 at 21dIUI=72. Miscarriage not on the way??

11/17/09 Bright red bleeding, painful cramps. U/S confirms ectopic pregnancy. Beta at 200. Methotrexate injection administered.

11/20/09 Beta down to 52. Methotrexate is working.

11/30/09 Beta down to 19.

12/7/09 Beta reaches 0.

12/9/09 AF shows up. Waiting 2 full cycles before IUI #2.

03/24/10 Miraculous BFP-on our own!!

6/10/10 HSG No fluid flows through left tube. Right tube clear. Questionable uterine polyp

6/15/10 SHG shows no hydrosalpinx, no polyp

7/29/10 IUI #2 ago with repeat protocol

8/11/10 IUI #2 with 3 follies (20, 21, 22) and 22 million sperm after wash

8/15/10 4dpIUI horrible pain in ovaries and cervix. Suspected OHSS which clears up in 2 -3 days

8/24/10 13dpIUI very faint positive

8/25/10 14dpIUI BFN

8/26/10 Period starts

8/30/10 5 days into cycle BFP Beta 3.7

9/3/10 Beta 28.6

9/8/10 Beta 87 (what is going on?)

6/23/11 new RE recommends IVF. Continue saving

9/15/11 Baseline appointment for IVF #1. 2cm cyst on right ovary. Cyst aspiration and begin stims and Lupron.

9/30/11 HCG trigger administered at midnight

10/1/11 Egg Retrieval 13 eggs, 10 mature. 10 ICSId, 7 fertilized

10/4/11 Embryo Transfer 3dt of 3 “perfect quality” embryos

10/7/11 4 remaining embryos make it to freeze.

10/13/11 Beta=negative

10/15/11 Repeat Beta=negative. IVF officially failed

1/14/12 surprise BFP

1/20/12 (18dpo) beta 48

1/20/12 P4 6.4 (start prog supps)

2/6/12 ultrasound shows possible gestational sac or remnants measuring less than 5 weeks

2/7/12 beta 3803 (doubling time is now 155 hours) Ultrasound shows no change, no definite gestational sac. Pregnancy is non-viable, cannot rule out ectopic. Proceed as ectopic pregnancy and prescribed methotrexate.

2/8/12 final beta 4411. Methotrexate administered.

2/12/12 beta at 4 days past MTX 5000.

2/15/12 beta at 7 days past MTX 4600.
Not enough of a decrease in hcg. Ultrasound shows no intrauterine sac. Dr is very concerned about the likelihood of ectopic pregnancy. Emergency surgery scheduled for same day.

2/15/12 Emergency laparoscopy with d&c. Pregnancy in left tube. Pregnancy and left tube removed. Moderate endometriosis found during lap.
